Key responsibilities and duties 

• Products registrations: submit new, renew and follow-up of all registration documents for all products: cosmetics, food supplements, medical devices and drugs.
• Be proactive to suggest and find solutions when confronted to regulatory affairs issues
• Collaborate with authorities in a smart and timely manner to fasten registration time
• Prepare and analyse dossiers renewals and its impact on sales and marketing activities (auxiliary labels renewal, impact for hospitals, marketing tools, etc.)
• Maintain registration records files, scanning and filing documents to create product registration files.
• Track and check product’s packaging received in Vietnam.
• Prepare content for secondary label for new launch and instruct warehouse's position to stick on product.
• Internal collaboration and communication with the service in charge of the importation of the products in Vietnam. Suggest and find solutions to ensure a safe and fast importation of all products.
• Responsible for the creation and submission of marketing tools to the Service of Health.
• Prepare regulatory submission documents needed from company for registration of advertising (e.g: leaflet, etc.) products (cosmetic, suppplement, medical device, drugs).
• Read and analyse brands marketing documents: extract the relevant informations related to products launching, reformulation, discontinuation. 
• Control and update new regulations in Vietnam. Update the policies and regulations of the law related to the company's production and business.
• Make official announcement for any updates relevant to products.
• Support Accountant to check notification number in contract with hospital.
• Support sale team needed materials (notification...).

Specific skills and/or competencies

• Regulatory Affairs knowledge and experience, especially in cosmetics
• RA experience for food supplement, medical device and drugs is a plus

• Passion and knowledge about skin care is a plus
• Good communication in Vietnamese and English
• Speaking French is a plus
