- Manage and coordinate a team of social media specialists working on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
Content Strategy and Campaign Management:
- Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, focusing on the U.S. market.
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Market Research and Analytics:
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for campaigns, providing actionable insights.
- Conduct regular analysis of competitor strategies and market trends to refine campaigns.
Brand and Reputation Management:
- Proactively manage online reputation, ensuring timely responses to customer reviews and queries.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all platforms.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Partner with creative teams to ensure high- quality content production.
Emerging Technologies and Trends:
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, particularly automation and AI tools.
- Recommend and implement new strategies to keep the company ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years in digital marketing, preferably in ecommerce with a focus on the U.S. market.
Skills:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Expertise in automation tools (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot, Buffer, Make).
- Proficiency in social media platforms and ad management tools.
Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Knowledge: Familiarity with furniture or home décor industries is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven track record of growing digital presence and engagement in ecommerce.
Familiarity with Shopify and e- commerce management tools.
