Provide leadership and be responsible for the performance of Production, Facility, EHS, Industrial engineering, Quality and Planning functions. Cooperate with all support department managers and staff to develop a high performing team and achieve the Corporation’s expectations for the target.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• May include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Cooperate with management and other departments to develop budgets and operating goals. Budgets include financial, headcount, capital and facilities requirements to achieve operation objectives.
• Design and implement production reports reflecting key indicators for management analysis, problem identification and corrective action.
• Develop systems and operation processes to support the continuous improvement of ICSC.
• Hire, train and develop staff through managers and supervisors and through direct supervision. Motivate, manage, and train the team to attain organizational objectives.
• Enforce the rules and procedures for all responsible functions and employees.
• Responsible for talent management to identify and develop potential leaders and successors.
• Encourage and develop LEAN and continuous improvement culture
• Be responsible to build operation excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering field or related discipline.
• 5+ years general management experience in related industry with proven track record in managing a multi-functional organization to achieve profit and operations goals.
• Experience with implementing the principles of Lean manufacturing in a similar environment.
• Experience with a MRP/ERP system.
• English or Chinese speaking will be preferred.

• Salary from 900 - 1500$ (can negotiate more according to ability)
