Mô tả Công việc

· Assist and reports to the Head of Finishing in organizing and managing day-to-day activities in the factories;

· Provide admin support such as scheduling appointments and liaising with other team members;

· Retrieve information and translate messages to various teams, both written and verbally;

· Conduct face-to-face/on-site translation between the manager and all levels of workers in English and Vietnamese; occasionally Mandarin Chinese.

· Develop full understanding of the Finishing process, including spraying, application of all coatings, color formulation and whitewood, training materials in English and Vietnamese, in order to delegate instructions effectively;

· Coordinate finishing projects and report progress to the Head if Finishing;

· Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

· Assist in hiring of employees and interviews.

· Assist with suppliers of equipment and coatings.

· Work closely with Vanthiel lab and processes

· Work closely with Arda team, including planning, panels, and personnel.

· Assist in training workers in processes for sanding and application.

· Create schedules and cleaning processes as per head of finishing.
