1. Social compliance and Environmental compliance, Fire Safety and Building safety related, Audit preparation.
2. Document maintenance related, training for factory employees.
3. Provide support in communication and training for the workers and subcontractors (Canteen/Security/CCTV/Bus Company) related to social compliance and security.
4. Business cooperation with HR, General Affairs, Administration and Maintenance staff
5. Process legal documents required by the law such us environmental, health and safety certificates and testing requirement.
6. Manage and prepare the factory for social compliance audit.
7. Prepare corrective action plans based on the non-compliance issue from social compliance audit.
8. Keep up to date with all the related guidelines, policies and procedures related to local labor law, wage, environment and health and safety.1. Understand local labor law, wage, environment and health and safety.
2. Knowledge in international human rights standards such (WRAP, Better work etc...)
3. Has the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
4. English in speaking & writing.
5. Minimum 2 year experience in compliance work.Thưởng
