1. Receive customer orders, update master file
and input the order into the mainframe computer
system
2. Assist Customer service when necessary to
communicate delivery dates to customer
3. Maintain Customer date within the mainframe
computer system, including product codes and
product prices etc for specific customers
4. Answer telephone call and assisting customers
with enquires
5. Maintain and keep files and documents in tidy
and order
6. Assist in carrying out various administrative
activities; reviews and controls procurements
activities
7. Coordinate closely with sales team to fulfill
customers’ requirements
8. Follow up with relevant internal and external
departments to ensure shipments delivered to
customers as scheduled
9. Handling goods receiving and distributing
10. Other tasks assigned by direct line manager and GD
