1. To make cash transactions

• To make cash receipt and payment
• To make cash deposit at Banks
• To control check books
• To make daily cash collection reports

2. To prepare and send the debit notes to lessees by mail and SMS

3. To manage output invoices

• To issue and send invoices to clients
• To make reports relating to invoice to tax authorities
• To solve all issues relating to output invoices
• To update all tax regulations relating invoice

4. To manage and make monthly depreciation of fixed assets

5. To manage document filing

• To check and file all accounting documents
• To handover filing document box from other departments
• To manage all filing document boxes in warehouse

6. To conduct other jobs as assigned from time to time by Chief Accountant

- Female

- University Degree in Accounting

- Have at least 2 years working experiences in Accounting

- Familiarity with computer software applications

- English: Primary

- Careful, hardworking, well-organized filling

13th month salary, annual bonus, quarterly incentives.
