II/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Team and Optimizing Processes
- Identify criteria for improvement and implement process changes to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Provide guidance and conduct training to continuously improve the team’s skills and knowledge.
- Prepare, upgrade and provide Sales material content for the Inbound Sales team
- New sales rep onboarding support and mentor
- Analyzing Data and Improving Performance
- Collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, such as conversion rates, response times, and customer feedback.
- Develop actionable recommendations and implement solutions to improve team performance and achieve sales goals.
- Present detailed insights and performance analysis to management to support strategic decision-making
- Ensuring Quality and Providing Feedback
- Evaluate the quality and accuracy of information provided by the Inbound Sales team to customers.
- Review customer interactions and provide constructive feedback for Sales Manager to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct activity review/report and communicate with Sales Manager to monitor the inbound sales team performance to ensure adherence to established sales workflows, standards, and protocols.
III/ REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from FTU, NEU, or related universities;
- Having 1+ years of experience in relevant roles, with expertise in a sales supervision, Inbound Sales, Customer Service;
- Proficient English: 6.5 IELTS or equivalent;
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and act on sales data.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tools is a plus.
- Ability to train and encourage team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
