Purpose of the role
As a Product Manager for Deliveree, you will be at the heart of our logistics technology platform by leading the creation and evolution of our AI-driven smart products and features. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. You will build new experiences, solve problems and bring value for customers, drivers and partners with creativity, technology and AI.
What will you do?

• Own products/features from conception to end-user launch, and future iterations to meet approved roadmaps.


• Collaborate with stakeholders and regional product team members to understand the vision and requirements, specifically focusing on integrating AI capabilities.


• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into detailed product requirements and feature specifications, with a focus on AI-driven solutions.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends to continuously improve and innovate AI features in the product.


• Work with senior tech management to devise solutions for implementing business requirements with AI technologies.


• Coordinate between the Product Team, Design, and Engineering to specify requirements, ensuring assigned features are implemented according to business expectations.


• Develop comprehensive scope documentation, use cases, workflows, wireframes, design, product requirements, and other materials to support UX design and development.


• Define and implement metrics to measure the ROI, effectiveness and performance of delivered features.


• Analyze data to derive business insights and inform product enhancements.


• Ensure business needs and deadlines are met, and manage stakeholder expectations through effective written and oral communications.


• 
  Collaborate with project leads to manage resource support.
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.


• 3+ years of experience in product management.


• Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.


• Ability to define a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and market needs.


• Proven track record of delivering successful AI/ML products in a fast-paced environment.


• Experience working with data scientists and AI/ML engineers to integrate solutions into the logistics product.


• Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods to interpret data insights and model performance.


• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills, and details oriented.


• Excellent at project management to launch products across multiple teams.


• Accountable, “Can do and get things done” attitude, independent and resourceful.


• Comfortable in a small, intense, and high-growth startup environment.


• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with excellent presentation skills


• Customer obsession. The ability to take on complex product challenges and find elegant, simplifying solutions to avoid making our users and partners have bad experiences and problems.
