Purpose of the role

Deliveree is a fast-moving, rapidly growing, and very successful logistics technology company that is changing the cargo and trucking industry in Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines to reduce waste, grow the economy, create jobs, and make the logistics industry more competitive.

Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.

What will you do?

Google Workspace Administration

• Administer, manage and maintain the Google Workspace
• Collaborate with other technical and functional teams to document and support business rules, system operating procedures that pertain to the Google platform.
• Escalate support issues to Google Support, follow up and resolve them in a timely manner.

Technical Support

• Proactive monitoring and resolution the user's request via IT ticket system
• Manage network infrastructure, servers and technology tools within the Vietnam office
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Collaborate with the IT team worldwide and support as needed.

Other Duties

• Maintain IT assets including software application, and hardware, licensing to ensure conformance.
• Minimize security risks and control over user access during onboarding and offboarding process
• Ensure the IT knowledge base remains a reliable and up-to-date reference.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including backups and updates.
• Any other tasks assigned by the company from time to time

Must have:

• 2-3 years of proven experience as a IT specialist, System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
• 2+ years experience as a GSuite Administrator; certification preferred
• Familiar with IT Ticket system, experience with Jira platform is a plus
• Install/troubleshoot computers, printers, wireless or other network connections and applications.
• Experience with databases, networks (Firewall, LAN, WAN) and patch management
• Experience with network management tools, and security software is a plus.
• Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
• Manage the entire purchase of inventory related to hardware, software and other IT supplies.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Good communication written English
• Professional Collaboration Engineer is a huge plus
• Open for candidate who can join after Tet 2024
