Handle recruitment requests for company positions (IT and non-IT).
Fully in charge of the recruitment process (CV screening, interview arrangements, salary negotiation, probation support).
Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
Manage onboarding, probation, and yearly review processes.
Provide insights to enhance recruitment activities.
Support office operations and internal events.
Other tasks as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, or related fields.
1-3 years of recruitment experience.
Proficient in social recruiting channels (Facebook, LinkedIn).
English proficiency, with strong communication, negotiation, and analysis skills.
Available to start in November.
