Mô tả Công việc
- Plan and implement the design, development, and delivery of approved projects/programs, including analyzing project requirements, planning product development; controlling, and monitoring project progress, ensuring the project is completed on schedule, and guiding compliance with the process and regulations during project implementation.
- Manage complex and large-scale cross-team, cross-functional initiatives. Interface with engineers or outsource IT vendors to estimate work efforts, define milestones, and manage resources.
- Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to management and project stakeholders. Engage the project teams to achieve goals.
- Gather data/metrics and observations to identify obstacles and drive for improvement. Identify communication gaps, manage issue escalations, and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities. Drive results proactively.
- Help manage the cross-functional strategic planning and business planning process, leading conversations with key stakeholders to develop concepts for strategic initiatives and developing those into detailed program/project plans (including roadmaps, funding planning, resource planning, etc ).
- Implement improvements to the engineering organization and the project management process. Share program/project process frameworks, tools, and best practices that can be adopted throughout the organization.
- Responsible for managing business aspects of engineering, including managing 3rd party software and human vendors.
- Communicate effectively with engineers, BA, business area leads, Outsource IT vendor and other stakeholders
- Integrate activities through identifying and managing interdependencies to ensure projects are well aligned.
- Identify, manage, and control financial and operational risks and issues that affect the project/program under management.
- Conduct project reporting, and ensure that the change management and control processes comply with the project management standards and procedures.
- Assure project quality.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Having a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in IT, Project Management, or related fields
- Any other certification would be a plus.
- At least 3-5 years of experience Project Manager or a Tech Project Manager in a software development environment
- Familiar with both SLDC methodologies like Agile or SCRUM and able to apply them pragmatically and as best suited. (Prefer candidates with experience in managing Web, Native App, and CMS projects)
- Familiarity with Project management tools and processes.
- Candidates with certification in Scrum / Agile project management are preferred.
- Ability to read and write English well.
- Good presentation, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills.
- Mathematical and budgeting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional emotional intelligence. Ability to influence and motivate people across a broad variety of job functions through your relationships
- Ability to research, analyze, and learn well.
- Ability to work in a team as well as an individual with little or no supervision
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, without losing sight of the highest priority items.
- Good access to technology.

Đại Siêu Thị GO! (Big C Việt Nam) là một chuỗi siêu thị của Tập đoàn Central Group. Các siêu thị của Big C được điều hành ở nhiều quốc gia trong Đông Nam Á, bao gồm Việt Nam, Thái Lan và Lào. Công ty thành lập và mở siêu thị đầu tiên tại Bangkok, Thái Lan năm 1994 và phát triển mạnh mẽ từ đó. Tại Việt Nam, Big C đã mở rộng hoạt động tại nhiều khu vực và trở thành một trong những chuỗi siêu thị phổ biến nhất ở đây. Ngoài bán lẻ, công ty cũng cung cấp các dịch vụ cho khách hàng như bảo hành và sửa chữa sản phẩm.
Kể từ tháng 12/2020, 5 Đại siêu thị Big C sẽ được tiến hành đổi tên thương hiệu thành Đại siêu thị GO! với thời gian dự kiến sẽ hoàn thành vào đầu tháng 01/2021. Sau đó các Đại siêu thị còn lại của tập đoàn sẽ được thay đổi hoàn toàn với tên thương hiệu mới là Đại siêu thị GO!.

- Năm 2019, Big C Thăng Long ra mắt ngày 6/12 tại Hà Nội với quy mô lớn nhất Việt Nam.
- Năm 2023, Big C Thăng Long tổ chức sự kiện giới thiệu thực phẩm từ Canada tại cửa hàng vào ngày 28/7/2023
