Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e-commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be in the top 1% retailers on Amazon US. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry.

We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only Amazon‘s sporting goods market but also to enter new e-commerce markets from many regions like Canada, Europe, Japan. Besides, Home sporting goods, Furniture, Outdoor and Gardening are also great opportunities that we desire to occupy and create significant values. With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end-to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.

I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Platform Business Development

• Deal Management: Negotiate and manage annual, frequent, and one-off deals with Amazon, such as Manual Buys, State Buys, B2R, and price discounts. Develop strategic packages that align with Yes4All's objectives.

Problem-Solving and Project Coordination

• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues related to onboarding new products, inventory availability, unhealthy inventory, and expanding into new markets.
• Compliance and Documentation: Handle payment and charge disputes, unblock sales, whitelist products, manage IP issues, and fill out compliance documents.

Cross-Departmental Coordination

• Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams to analyze Amazon’s inventory policy, deal patterns, and relationships among Amazon teams (SCOT, VM, Brand Specialist, Ads, Finance).
• Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies, pricing models, timing, funding, and onboarding processes to maximize Yes4All’s business impact.

Relationship Management

• Amazon Team Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key Amazon teams to influence decision-making processes that benefit Yes4All.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1-2+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with a focus on Amazon is a plus
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with Amazon’s systems and tools.
