Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e-commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be in the top 1% retailers on Amazon US. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 350 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry.

We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only Amazon's sporting goods market but also to enter new e-commerce markets from many regions like Canada, Europe, Japan. Besides, Home sporting goods, Furniture, Outdoor and Gardening are also great opportunities that we desire to occupy and create significant values. With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.

A. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Design Strategy Development:

· Develop new product designs and improvements for existing products through sketching and 3D modeling.

· Present design concepts to leadership for feedback and modification.

· Ensure designs are feasible for production, innovative, and align with market trends.

· Lead the development of design strategies that align with the company's vision and market demands.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Ø Market Research & Trend Analysis:

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends by attending trade shows and visiting factories.

· Analyze market data and competitor products to apply insights into the design process.

· Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences.

· Utilize data-driven insights to inform design decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Ø Cross-Functional Collaboration:

· Coordinate with product development, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure design concepts align with business goals.

· Facilitate meetings and discussions with cross-functional teams to finalize design requirements.

· Foster a collaborative environment to streamline the design-to-production process.

· Ensure effective communication across teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Ø  Knowledge & Skills:

·  Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, product design, or a related field.

·  Proficiency in 2D software (e.g., Photoshop, CAD).

·  Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product development.

·  3D software experience (e.g., 3ds Max, Vray/Corona, Autodesk Inventor).

·  Additional knowledge in A.I Generate, Marvelous Designer, Substance Painter, After Effects, or Unreal Engine is a plus.

·  Creative thinking, strong design sense, and the ability to work well in a team.

·  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Ø  Experience

·  2-5 years of experience in product/3D design, with a strong portfolio.

·  Experience in 3D modeling, animation, texturing, lighting, and compositing.

·  Proven track record of successful product design from concept to production.

·  Experience in leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.
