Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e-commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be in the top 1% retailers on Amazon US. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 350 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry.

We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only Amazon's sporting goods market but also to enter new e-commerce markets from many regions like Canada, Europe, Japan. Besides, Home sporting goods, Furniture, Outdoor and Gardening are also great opportunities that we desire to occupy and create significant values. With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.

A. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Technical Development

- Expertise in mechanical structures spanning across various materials such as metal, plastic, cast iron, and wood;

- Demonstrate strong design thinking skills;

- Proficient in transforming 2D drawings into 3D models (at an advanced level);

- Calculate structures, perform simulation analysis, and assess product durability (mandatory);

- Deep understanding of assembly tolerances;

- Interpret drawings is excellent;

- Familiar with welding symbols in design drawings (AWS A2.4-2007 standard);

- Understanding of projection methods in design: first-angle projection (ISO) and third-angle projection (ANSI) (preferably with prior experience in producing drawings according to ANSI standards);

- Capable of swiftly and accurately handling technical issues for products with minimal risk;

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Offering feasible manufacturing ideas, supporting peers in structural concept ideation;

- Provide daily/weekly progress reports to management;

- Develop and maintain design libraries;

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering fields.

• Holds a degree in design, structural engineering, interior decoration, construction, or engineering; 

• Ability to convey concepts from sketches to 3D models;  

• Understanding of the product development process is advantageous.

• Skills

• Proficient in 3D software, particularly SolidWorks (mandatory);

• Familiarity with complementary software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and AutoCAD is a plus; 

• Strong design thinking and creativity, with a keen aesthetic sense and preferably an interest in sports equipment. Exceptional visual presentation skills; 

• High level of responsibility, flexibility, and ability to work well in a team environment.

• Experience

• Having around 3-5 years of experience in sports product development is preferable.

•  Practical experience in manufacturing (minimum 2 years). 

• Deep visual understanding of 3D modeling, sketching, and ideation capabilities.
