Job Responsibilities
- Identify, report to superiors or warn relevant departments about systemic issues that may cause damage and risks to the Company's image and reputation during the crisis handling process;
- Coordinate with relevant departments to handle and resolve issues
- Be the focal point for developing response scenarios, consulting on plans, and controlling implementation progress according to approved scenarios;
- Directly handle, report, and propose solutions to collective crises and complaints from Customers or Residents;
- Develop training content and documents related to crisis handling procedures for relevant departments;
- Develop documents related to crisis management and resolution for Customer Service and the Urban Area Management Board;
- Represent the Company in working with competent authorities
- Have at least 05 years of experience in management/operation; Experience in large-scale real estate management and operation is an advantage
- Have knowledge of Law, Housing Law/Land/Urban Area Operation...
- Have systematic and logical thinking, good team management skills, good service thinking
- Be confident, skillful and persuasive communication style
- Obtain a bachelor's degree in a related field.
