We are looking for a Sales Administrator , you will support the sales team and assist the team in various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

·Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks.

·Communicate with internal teams to get information and ensure smooth coordination.

·Schedule and coordinate sales meetings. Prepare meeting agendas and write meeting minutes.

·Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.

·Draft as well as manage documents related to business activities such as quotations, contracts, work orders, timesheet, invoice, acceptance certificates, liquidation agreement, etc.

·Contact customers to verify or obtain missing information.

·Create, maintain and update sales and customer records.

·Other tasks from the department head’s request.

Requirements:

·Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

·3-6 months of experience in sale admin position

·Fluent in English written and communication

·Good skills in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

·Organized, detailed, honest, cooperative and hard-working
