• Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.
• Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.
• Monitoring the compliance for raw materials
• Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.
• Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and health and safety guidelines.
• Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
• Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
• Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
• Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors if requested
• Supporting the company in setting up the quality department with all involved works
• Education & training to develop staffs who can create reliable quality
• Resolve and fix problems when problems occur
• Frequent travel to factories.
• Knowledge and experience of product inspections (Sample check/inline/final inspection)
• Demonstrate expertise regarding quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) in interactions with clients, and other interested parties; in Product areas as on our website.Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Required Requirements:
=> Excellent in English
=> Advantage Knowledge of product areas such as Outdoor Furniture, Wood + Rattan and Steel Range, Small Furniture, Self-Assembly Product.
=> Experience: Management and staff training
• Manage QC's team from 8 - 10 people
• Experience in project management as well as development processes in Europe companies.
• Good organizational skills
