Pro-Technic Machinery Ltd. is a reputable machinery dealer in Hong Kong and the Mainland, importing various precision machinery from all over the world and providing high standard pre-sales and after-sales service for 45 years since 1977. Besides importing high precision machine from all over the world, Pro-Technic also represents specialized products, software and system such as Automatic Grinding Centre, 9 axles Automatic Polishing Center and TIMES (Manufacturing Execution System) under the brand name “ FAST CELL” Furthermore, Pro-Technic act as a system integrator.
Protechnic Vietnam is a subsidiary of Protechnic Machinery LTD.

Responsibilities

Office Setup: Coordinate the logistics of setting up the company’s office in Vietnam, including leasing office space, procuring office equipment, and managing vendor relationships.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.

Compliance Management: Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations in Vietnam, including tax, labor, and corporate governance matters.

Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to legal, administrative, and compliance matters.

Accounting Firms: Collaborate with external partners such as legal and accounting firms to ensure all legal and financial matters are handled effectively

Requirements:

Experience: at least 02 years of experience in banking, finance, auditing.

Female (25 - 28 years old) graduated with a Bachelor's degree and above in one of the following fields: economics, business administration, law, accounting, auditing.

Proven experience in setting up legal entities and office spaces in Vietnam, with a strong understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements.

Familiarity with Vietnamese business laws and procedures, including knowledge of tax and labor regulations.

Excellent communication skills in Chinese

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, self-initiative.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
