• Current customer care; find and tap new customers.
• Send a price request (ER), make a quote & track price feedback from customers.
• Develop and track templates with customers
• Order reception & execution.
• Propose materials based on Forecast & customer orders.
• Responsible for tracking inventory, coordinating with Sales Admin to urge customers to receive inventory. Deliver out the old sample inventory before moving on to the new one.
• Manage sales plans to achieve goals
• Resolve and respond to complaints and information requested by customers; Assess customer satisfaction.
• Track and collect debts.
• Perform tasks required by superiors.

• Graduated from university/college majoring in business administration, marketing, economics or equivalent.
• Experience in Sales B2B at production company
• English communication
• Prioritize industries related to packaging, printing, and plastic products
