Mô tả công việc
- Check customer information and send to BoD
- Check and upload payment file
- Enter login information to monitor the system
- Purchase insurance for customers & update insurance files
- Prepare EPC Due Dilligence documentation
- Create account for new EPC
- Check, update and report the monthly payment and invoice ·Scan, print out and notarize documents, sort to classify files by item (contract appendix, payment notice)
- Create account for new EPC
- Schedule meetings, translation of documents (English/Vietnamese) and take meeting minutes.
- Purchase insurance for customers & update insurance files
- Perform general office administrative activities such as Order stationery, set up the tea break Friday Happy Hour
- Other admin tasks
Yêu cầu công việc
- Preferred 1-2 years work experience in administration areas
- Ability to grasp tasks quickly & develop good ideas
- Must be proficient in English
- Open minded and willing to take on a variety of new tasks in a fast-paced environment especially in star – up company
