2. RESPONSIBILITY:
- Establishing quality control and testing standards for finished products at the manufacturing site, ensuring that products meet the issued standards:
- R&D: Involve in the new product development process, define potential risk of quality, follow up and settle quality issues during development, trial and commercialization processes. Validate, propose specifications and qualify new product/package/material based on IEC, UL, UN, customer requirements.
- Production: Implement QA/QC activities at the production sites (CAPA implementation & follow up, Defect Rate reduction). Support production to improve production efficiency
- Build and develop Work Instruction (WI)/ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), FQC standards for QA processes, monitor Cp, Cpk, Quality issues, initiate, verify and follow up the CAPA implementation.
- Leading quality improvement, sustain actions have been deployed on the shop floor.
- Failure analysis of defective products which was detected by Process audit, OBA or customer feedback.
- Ensure lessons learned from previous products are applied to the new products including product design feedback and assembly method
- Monitoring product quality manufactured. Performing excursion management with risk assessment
- Visual and function check process yield summary.
- Lead issue escalation, following analysis and driving for improvement follow the 8D process.
- 8D report for customer about OBA/ teardown/ process audit issue.
Familiar with SPC, QCC, FMEA, MSA, Control plan, …
Act as a single contact point for all QA/QC activities with CM

III. Report
- A timely, accurate, and comprehensive report regarding the job-related information to the Board of Directors on a regular or ad-hoc basis
