- Location: Floor 3rd, Tower A, Sky City Towers, 88 Lang Ha, Dong Da, Hanoi
- Workings hours: Monday - Friday: 8h00 – 18h00
II. Job details
1. JOB OBJECTIVE:
2. RESPONSIBILITY:
- Design and develop new products and systems, using your expertise in mechanical engineering principles and techniques.
- Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of new product designs and make recommendations based on your findings.
- Create and test prototypes of new products and systems, making necessary modifications to improve their performance.
- Supervise design teams, providing guidance and oversight to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.
- Ensure that designs comply with all relevant regulations and standards, such as safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as manufacturing and production, to ensure that designs can be produced efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Conduct research and development to keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and design techniques, and to improve existing products and systems.
- Kinematic and dynamic simulation, stress analysis, and calculating the strength conditions using Simulation.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
III. Report
- A timely, accurate, and comprehensive report regarding the job-related information to the Board of Directors on a regular or ad-hoc basis

IV. Requirement
1. Education background
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
2. Experience
- At least 3 - 10 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably in a related industry.
- Experience with CAD, NX software (Modeling, Assembly, NX Drafting, Mold Design và Simulation.) and other design tools
- Experienced in designing with Simulation and products already on the market.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and practices, including 3D modeling, CAD, and FEA analysis
- Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements related to mechanical design engineering.
3. Skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
4. Other Requirement
- Using English is a plus.
