RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for managing and directing all activities related to human resource policies and processes including recruitment; compensation & benefits container, rewarding and human resource management; organizational development and strategic planning of personnel; training and developing human resources aiming to realize the business strategy of the whole system through maximizing the effective use of human resources and human resource management;

- Talent Acquisition:
+ Management of the Recruitment team responsible for the allocation of work, personal development, and performance of the individual team members. Managing the processes, procedures, and administration of the recruitment function to meet budgetary requirements;
+ Manage the relationship with all outlets ensuring that the recruitment is constantly aligned with business requirements;
+ Develop a system to evaluate work performance;

- Compensation & Benefit Management:
+ Manage, administer and review compensation, benefits container policies, and programs to achieve external competitiveness as well as maintain internal equity;
+ Analyze and translate compensation and benefits container data into company strategy;
+ Manage company-wide annual performance and salary review;
+ Manage salary surveys and conduct a competitive market analysis of total compensation and benefits container practices;
+ Review and propose C&B policies, procedures, and guidelines.
