REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a hardware product manager or a similar role.
- Have experience in delivering commercial consumer products
- Strong knowledge of hardware development processes, including design, prototyping, manufacturing, and quality control.
- Strong desire to deep-dive system-level issues and drive problems to closure in a team-based environment with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex technical information.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to guide critical decisions.
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced innovative work environment.
- Must be highly motivated, self-starter with innovation and integrity.
- Having experience in soft plastic products, small but exquisite products is an advantage.
- Having experience in start-up companies, companies in the fast growth stage is an advantage.
- Highly proficient in communicating and reading/writing in English and/or Chinese.
