I. BRAND COMMUNICATION PLANNING (70%)

1. Develop brand communication campaigns for the assigned brand, including communication through in-house systems and outsourced systems. Implement across various platforms including:

  - Offline: OOH, Events...

  - Online: Social Media, Advertising, E-Commerce...

  Execute specific ATL - BTL phases with a detailed daily timeline of the campaign, ensuring clear communication objectives.

  Ensure the following elements:

  - Message

  - Guidelines, Brand ID - Business Objectives

  - Timing

  - Platform


2. Monitor the progress and timeline of communication campaigns.


II. RETAIL COMMUNICATION PLANNING (30%)

1. Develop multi-channel communication plans for retail programs, serving business objectives, including:

  - Communication for the assigned brand

  - Communication for general programs


2. Research customer behavior, market trends, propose and execute promotions including:

  - Discounts and promotions

  - Budget allocation for promotional advertising


3. Supervise the advertising budget, ensuring effective performance of retail communication content.


III. MANAGEMENT

1. Act as the liaison with partners related to the assigned brand and specialized departments within the marketing team and the entire company.

2. Monitor, research, and track market information, customer data, and communication targets.

3. Propose content distribution costs (advertising).

4. Control and evaluate quality.

5. Review tasks by contact point and report weekly, monthly...

6. Work with media partners (event organizers, E-Commerce partners, performance partners...) to control costs, partner activities, and optimize the effectiveness of the strategy.

7. Report operational effectiveness to leadership.


IV. GENERAL DUTIES

1. Control budget and common assets.

2. Update general communication trends in the market.


EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

Education Level: University degree or higher


Preferred Major: Marketing, Journalism. Preference for students from Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, University of Commerce, RMIT, Greenwich...


Related Experience:

- At least 2 years of experience in marketing planning or 3 years of multi-channel deployment based experience

- Understanding of business and commerce.

- Strong knowledge of brand marketing.

- Preference for candidates with an understanding or passion for beauty and fashion products.


Language Proficiency: 

English communication skills are an advantage.


Other Requirements: 

- Open-minded, creative thinking

- Diligent, attentive to assigned tasks

- Interest in health care

V. WORKING CONDITIONS

Location: 145 Lâm Hạ Street, Bồ Đề Ward, Long Biên District, Hanoi

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 1-hour lunch break, Sunday off
