Leadership and Strategy:

• Lead and mentor a team of QC professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Develop and implement QC strategies, processes, and best practices for manual testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Quality Control:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases.
• Conduct thorough testing of banking applications, systems, and processes to identify defects and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis and work with development teams to resolve issues.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of test cases, test results, and defects.
• Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in quality assurance and banking.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of banking products and services.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in Quality Assurance or Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality control/manual testing
• Have experience in banking domain is a plus.
• Proven experience in leading and managing QC teams.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.

Skills:

• Proficient in manual testing techniques, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of automation testing is an advantage.
• English: good communication
