Mô tả công việc

Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Oversee the architecture, design, and development of Java-based applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software products on time.
Drive the technical direction of the project, defining technical solutions and making high-level decisions regarding system architecture and design.
Participate in technical discussions, lead daily stand-ups, and track the progress of development to ensure successful delivery.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tools to ensure the team is working with the best possible solutions.
Handle performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting in production environments.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java.
At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or team lead position.
Proficiency in Java and Java-related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot).
Experience with domain banking is a plus.
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven leadership abilities with experience in leading and managing teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
English: reading, writing.
