Mô tả công việc
1. Design, implement, and facilitate pre/ post and annual Marketing Plan for the company, covering
2. Forecast, project and administer the company’s Marketing Operations budget
3. Organize and implement client relations including:
· client satisfaction surveys
· client development activities
· special events
4. Responsible for Revenue Management by overseeing the development of strategic pricing of products and services offered
5. Engage and create alliances with vendors, suppliers, prospect sponsors to create cost efficient promotions, events, marketing tie-ups/ partnerships that are aimed to generate revenue and/ or promote the core products.
6. Implement and oversee corporate communications activities including:
· external communications and systems
· internal communications and systems
· public relations efforts
· external vendors and consultants
7. Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, promotions vendors, etc.
8. Oversee firm’s electronic marketing efforts including content supervision of web site and all internet-based marketing initiatives.
9. Work, liaise and direct consult with other departments in conjunction with related marketing initiatives.
10. Manage the Marketing Team for fulling all task and career developments of subordinates

Yêu cầu công việc
Education: Degree/s in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.
Experience: At least 5 years in the same capacity.
Required Skills:
Must be a self-starter, highly organized,aggressively proactive and highly visionary. Innovative.
Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
Must possess management level, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
