Mô Tả Công Việc
Your Role:
• Work and Communicate with the sales team, product team, finance team for all sales program support, marketing support, rebates to channels/dealers nation-wide, and data preparation
A Typical Day:
• Preparing/Creating documentations related to channels for trading term support. Preparing annual sales agreement/contract & file keeping.
• Register & submit all rebates, sales program support to channels based on final approval into internal system. Prepare documents to communicate with channels based on system approval
• Calculate & settle all rebates, sales program support from channels based on agreed timeline
• Register or create new code/customers if any
• Preparing & communicating sales report daily, monthly, quarterly to sales team
• Preparing regular sales meeting
Who You Are:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration
• Fluent in English (oral and written) & proficient in Microsoft Office

• Good at communication, strong interpersonal and Excel, data skills
• Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines

• With an eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data, you can also translate this into meaningful, useful information that informs decision-making.

• You keep the consumer and customer front of mind, bringing an outside-in perspective to encouraging cross-collaboration, utilizing diversity and encouraging open feedback.
