• Be responsible for creating and building, coordination with supplier for various automated machines. Design mechanical, simulate concept and test automated machinery and processes to complete exact tasks.
• Be responsible for designing automation components using CAD software and analyze production processes to assess automation's best use cases.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Design and manufacture automation devices, capable of communicating with others according to industrial communication standards to form a SCADA system.
• Collaborate with innovation team members to design device software and hardware.
• Be able to understand mechanical drawing (SolidWorks CAD, e-Drawings, DraftSight) and electrical drawings.
• Be able to operate basic hand tools and industrial machines (lathe, milling, bending, etc.)
• Continuing to follow up feedback of project while running trial implementation to make timely adjustment and system improvement.
• Building operation instructions for related departments (IT, sample, production, etc.)
• Maintain and upgrade system regularly based on assigned schedule.
• Planning, organizing, monitoring, and oversight of all phases of test automation.
• Managing the rollout with the automation vendor's implementation plan & follow up. Able to coach & monitor the automation vendors to meet the effective time, cost & quality target.
• Quick response & handling for production line down issues. Monitor system performance and communicate issues appropriately.
• Introduce new automation development & roll out to drive for continuous quality and production efficiency improvement.
• Automation assembly buy off & validation & testing development & implementation to improve the process capability & testing detectability.

• University bachelor's degree in Automation, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), C/C++, Arduino, developing app SCADA.
• SolidWorks (SolidWorks CAD, e-Drawings, DraftSight), AutoCAD (mechanical, electrical), Altium Designer or other Design Software...
• Know how to operate milling machines, lathes and basic hand tools.
• Able to research and work well independently.
• Knowledge of project tracking and understanding of project governance and reporting.
• Apply quality methodologies and tools (FMEA, DOE, MSA, SPC etc.).
• Be familiar with automation design, process control and testing.
• Be familiar with automation control systems & programming.
• Skilled in communication and collaboration and a natural problem solver.
PREFERRED WORKING EXPERIENCE
• At least 2 years or above relevant working experiences with advantage of PLC control system or programming knowledges.
