Responsibilities:

• Conduct Quality inspection at vendors and provide inspection report.
• Take full charge of WIP and Production process improvement.
• Assist in product test & customer complaints.
• Address root cause of quality problems, assist in working on corrective and preventative plans and follow up execution.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience in US, Europe, Japan houseware products inspection, inspection experience for north American retailer is a plus. Familiar with AQL process.
• Manufacturing knowledge of wood, metal, plastic
• English literate is a must, can communicate in English in daily work. Can speak either Chinese or Vietnamese. 
• Familiar with office Word, Excel and Photo Edit.
• Communicate clearly.
• High integrity, responsible,  honest, hardworking and willing to travel.
• Open minded and can adapt to changes.

Working Conditions:

• Work is performed both in the office and on the production floor, with the majority of time spent in a manufacturing environment. 
• There is a low level of risk for accidents involved in this position.
• This role requires constant communication and coordination with all departments and the international management team. 
• Mental stress is relative to producing accurate work, meeting deadlines and responding to urgent requests.
