Report to: Head of Commercial SLS
Your Roles:
• Responsible for achieving sales goals.
• Develops and executes account plans.
• Identifies customer needs and develops solutions.
• Grows company share within the account.
• Identifies opportunities to partner and collaborate.
• Resolves customer issues.
• Maintains a pipeline of short and long-term growth opportunities.
• Collaborates and coordinates with appropriate stakeholders.
• Manage and drive customer/distributor relationships within the assigned territory.
• He/She will implement a course of action to optimize future revenue and margin growth.
What You Should Do:
Essential Job Functions
• Provide scientific and product/applications-focused continuity to sales process and customer experience through pre- and post- sales support.
• Deliver scientific insights on Science and Lab Solution product portfolio through technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Engage and build relationship with relevant KOLs to create position as thought leader and raise our technical reputation in the region.
• Provide comprehensive user training and advice on product utilization to enhance customer processes, applications, and research goals.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Collaborate with relevant internal departments to ensure customer needs are met and effectively communicated throughout the organization.
• Analyze market trends and identify solutions we could offer to customers to meet their needs.
• Develop applications and product training for countries' sales teams on regular basis to enhance their knowledge based on market trends to build market demand.
• Identify and feedback new products development ideas, strategic partnership and/or new technologies.
• Maintain scientific expertise and stay informed about emerging applications and research areas.
• Marketing Collateral: Identify and assist in the development of necessary marketing collateral and sales tools to support commercial teams.
• Media and Sales Channels: Recommend media and sales channels that are effective in the country.
• External Representation: Represent the company/business externally at networking events, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance the company's profile and leverage business development opportunities.
• Market Awareness: Maintain awareness of external factors, including competitors, pharmaceutical developments, government initiatives, and legislative changes impacting marketing activities. Communicate relevant information to sales, commercial, and customer support teams.
• Project Proposal Development: Participate in the development of new project proposals with a customer-centric focus.
• Relationship Building: Foster positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
Patients Safety/Pharmacovigilance (PV):
• To recognize a reportable Adverse Event (AE) or safety information and ensuring the necessary information is forwarded according to the company procedures.
Quality Assurance:
• On handling customer complaint, the employee must obtain and compile the information regarding a received complaint and to transfer the information to the local complaint manager.
EHSQ:
• Comply with the company environment, Health, Safety and Security policies and procedures relevant to your position.
Compliance:
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations issued by the relevant government regulatory agencies;
• Abide by the company Code of Conduct and all other policies relevant to your position, including but not limited to the Anti-Corruption and the Anti-Trust Policies.

• PGDM/MBA preferred above Min Qualification
• At least 4-5 years' experience in this job.
• Strong project management skills in a diverse multicultural global environment
• Knowledge of process excellence methodologies and tools
• Market intelligence skills around research, data collection, analysis,
• Deep understanding of marketing principles and commercial drivers in a diversified product industry
• Knowledge of market dynamics and regulatory environment in the Life Science and Pharma industry
• Knowledge in one or more of the following areas Life Science, Chemistry, Analytical or bulk chemical business
• Persuasion and negotiation skills in a global environment
• Experience with working within matrix organizations, networking across multiple functional teams, and at all levels.
