We are seeking a Product owner who will be responsible for developing and managing a software product that meets the needs of your customers. This involves overseeing the entire product development process, from conception to launch, and ensuring that the product delivers the desired value to customers. You'll work closely with our BOD, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality value.

The ideal candidate is self-sufficient and a strong team player who is curious and loves solving challenging problems. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and quality products is important.

• Implement and oversee the successful execution of the product roadmap in alignment with company objectives
• Define product requirements: Based on customer needs and feedback, you'll need to create detailed product requirements that guide the development team in building the product.
• Prioritize features: You'll need to prioritize features based on customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints. You'll also need to communicate these priorities to the development team.
• Manage the product backlog: You'll need to maintain a backlog of product features and requirements, ensuring that the most important items are at the top of the list.
• Work with the development team: You'll need to work closely with the development team to ensure that they have a clear understanding of the product requirements, and to answer any questions that arise during development.
• Analyze metrics: You'll need to analyze usage metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and to guide future product development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: You'll need to collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer support teams, to ensure that the product meets their needs and that they have the necessary resources to promote and support the product.
• Stay up-to-date: You'll need to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies that could impact the product.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and Agile methodologies, ideally within the IT or E-commerce
• Project management certification in PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification will be advantageous
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and delivering high-quality results.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop project teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong experience in performance tracking and  performance reviews

Plus points:

• Flexible working time: 
• Morning: 8:00 am -12:00 pm (check in from 8:00 am to 8:45 am)
• Afternoon: 1:00 pm - 5:45 pm (check out from 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm)
• Monday to Friday
