We're seeking an individual who's passionate about supply chain and logistics and has a strong desire to drive the operational excellence in our logistics program. We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator who has the know-how, drive and experience to provide actionable insights into our eCommerce Supply Chain Logistics processes. This role will work interdisciplinary with our Production and Sourcing team and Logistics Services Providers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Able to handle Air, Ocean and Small Parcel export shipments in a freight forwarding/trading environment.
• Communicate with internal & overseas customers and or vendors to ensure a smooth running of the process.
• Prepare and dispatch shipments per execution plan and coordinate with Vendors/Factories, 3PLs, and LSPs (Logistics Service Provider) for day-to-day operations.
• Manage warehouse transfers between our global warehouse locations.
• Manage LSPs and proactively drive for continuous operational excellence.
• Prepare and analyze monthly reports on 3PLs and LSPs performance and drive improvements.
• Update all transactions in ERP System and keep a manual backup.
• Liaison with Product Development and Sourcing teams for product delivery planning and execution.
• Amazon Replenishment Planning weekly.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience, eCommerce preferred.
• Excellent knowledge and ability to create a full set of Air and Ocean export documents.
• Excellent understanding in International Logistics, warehouse/3PL operations, and work flow.
• Prior experience in B2C Fulfillment, eCommerce order management is a plus.
• Basic analytic skills and good sense of numbers.
• Self-starter, results-oriented, and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot operations issues with minimum support.
• Highly competent with MS Excel, and Google Suite applications. Tableau knowledge is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
First 6 months of Expectations:
- 1 Month - Engage and learn from GPC Logistics team plus all our key internal partners such as Production & Sourcing, Planning, etc. Fully understand the concept of Global Inbound program and FBA support and operations in GPC environment. Familiar with GPC's Supply Chain Operations, Processes and Systems such as NetSuite, CRM and Tableau.
- 3 Months - Continue to work and support the Global Inbound Program. Ability to work with Factories/Vendors and take on shipment bookings, dispatch shipments with DFO LSPs and follow it through until delivery with minimum support. Ability to execute shipments and provide end-to-end logistics support and Customer Service to our internal customers.
- 6 Months - Fully owned the Global Inbound Program and logistics operations/executions and play as Company Global Inbound program SME. Monitoring Logistics KPIs, SLAs, etc and offering useful recommendations to the team for continuous improvement. Lead and drive the program to the next level thru Data-Analytics and Optimization.
