* Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Merchandiser and Logistics Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in Mandarin for effective communication with Chinese manufacturers and suppliers, as well as proficiency in English for email communication and documentation. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to product development projects, manage logistics processes, and ensure the timely delivery of goods to our customers.* Your Responsibilities:- Organize and input data/files efficiently.- Monitor and track purchase orders and shipments until goods are received and checked into the warehouse.- Update inventory weekly.-Assist with product development projects, including sourcing and quoting tasks.- Prepare cost comparison matrices for sourcing activities.- Communicate with Chinese manufacturers to ensure quality standards and timely delivery of goods.- Assist in preparing freight forwarding documents.- Manage warehouse transfers between global locations.- Update all transactions in the ERP System and maintain manual backups.- Assist in product delivery planning and execution.
