Job Summary:
Keep track of logistics and update the company’s inventory. Manage the operation of all supply chains including: Purchasing, Warehouse, Transport department, Customer service,... to meet the quality and safety standards required by business operations.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, train the team and maintain the necessary resources to ensure the operation of the supply chain.
Develop processes and policies to improve the operational efficiency of the supply chain. Manage operating departmental budgets and costs.
Responsible in charge all the functions of Supply chain including demand planning, purchasing, logistics, warehousing, admin sales and customer service.
Follow orders with partners of all wholesale and retail channels.
Other tasks assigned by Board of Director.
Set up department organizational chart, including detailed job description and performance indicators for each position.
Handle arising problems, damaged goods with suppliers & damaged goods from the store.
Analyze location&039;s demand and monitor stock transfer. Balance inventory goods in the warehouse.
Follow up the company&039;s sales programs. Ensure goods in stock are always ready to serve seasonal sales programs.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, DMS System software.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
Thorough understanding of company products and logistics.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Education and Experience:

Over 10 years of experience as a manager, or similar relevant position required.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business or related field required; Masters degree preferred.
