Job Objectives:
Support Marketing Supervisor for Integrated Marketing Solutions (promotion & trade marketing) which aligned with Company’s directions & meeting regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
1) Promotion procedure (60%)
• Promotions assistants perform administrative tasks in promotion roles, included: Prepare detail of Promotion announcement, writing marketing brochures/ promotion banner/ promotion price tag, produce relative POSM and drafting promotion reports.
• Perform with Sales/ KAM team to obtain all proper materials prior to promotion start dates.
• Support Line Manager in guiding Sales/KAM/ Sales Admin team about promotional publications, how to wrap promotional products (base on confirmation of Sales team and Line Manager).
• Support plan and run promotional events on-site.
• Checking the results and summarizing the acceptance at the end of program to pay back the promotional costs that the Company agrees to support for customers before.
• Field check promotion scheme in store of customers weekly based on the plan which was assigned by Line Manager.
2) Trade Marketing (20%)
• Manage operational requests in term of brand visibility & promotion plan in all channels (POSM tracking, gimmicks, activation).
• In charge of coordination, production, and distribution of various communication with all related parties & internal departments.
• Contribute to ideas, planning, production of marketing which aligned with yearly Marketing Calendar.
• Support Marketing Supervisor in other trade activities such as promotions, display program, register promotion to MOIT, advertising license, event/activation, other admin tasks, trade meeting or webinars, etc..).
3) Others (20%)
• Coordinate and manage all internal, external resources to maximize achievements (to ensure work results are delivered in good quality and in timely manner).
• Be responsible for other projects as assigned by Marketing Supervisor .
• Support Marketing team base on demands of Line Manager.
• Help and service all departments as required.
• Other projects/ report as assigned by Line Manager.
