Objectives
We are looking for an experienced and full-stack marketing lead with a passion for B2B marketing, inbound marketing, digital marketing and partnership management for our brand in global markets. You will be an important piece of the puzzle to our dynamic global team, together with driving outstanding business results for PMAX.
Job Description
- Marketing strategy & planning
- Join the team to brainstorm ideas for marketing campaigns and activities throughout the year.
- Develop a detailed work plan for the given scope/workstream based on the overall plan.
- Workstream execution: Your scopes will be aligned with your line manager, including but not limited to some of the following:
- Event management: Plan and organize events such as workshops and webinars for both the potential clients and the potential employees of PMAX.
- Lead nurturing: implement lead nurturing activities across channels, especially email marketing
- Content marketing: Research, synthesize & write content to build impactful content materials (blog, social post, landing page, resources…) for related activities
- Digital Advertising: Plan, setup, optimize & analyze digital advertising campaigns on Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, Google Ads… (you will be trained by PMAX Academy tutors)
- Website & Social media management: Coordinate with content marketing executives to update content for website & social channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube;
- Others: Implement other marketing activities based on the strategy at each period. Coordinate and support other team members within and outside the Global team when needed.
- Report & Analysis
- Report to the line manager about the effectiveness of the assigned marketing activities with insight and plan for further improvement.
- Partnership Management
- Identify strategic partnerships & drive the strategy for new partnership development for PMAX in global markets

Job Requirements
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
- Must have
- At least 2-year experience in Marketing or similar positions.
- Having a deep knowledge of B2B Marketing(full funnel from acquiring new leads to nurturing potential leads), develop global partners and having a passion to grow further in this career path.
- Understanding of marketing channels, especially Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in the field of advertising and branding.
- Excellent project management and time management skills.
- Experimental mindset with enthusiasm about learning new things and the ability to self-motivate and teamwork.
- Strong data-driven mindset
- Good to have
- Experiences in marketing agency or having knowledge of marketing agency business.
- Creative and innovative mindset with interest in working in a start-up environment.
- Ambitious and willing to fast-track.
