- Design detailed drawings of plastic and mechanical products according to customer requirements.
- Create and check DFM, analyze and evaluate the quality of new plastic injection molds as well as CFRP compression molds.
Propose effective solutions to prevent and handle risks during the mold development process;
- Evaluate and report mold testing results.
- Other tasks will be required by the manager.

• Opportunity to develop to team leader position.- Graduated from University majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Technology.
- Have Japanese level N3 to N2(Skills required for work in JPN)
- Have at least 3 years as a Design Engineer
- Proficient in 2D, 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX, Catia, ...
- Have a high sense of responsibility.
- Can participate in training in Japan for at least 3 years.
- Ability to design molds, plastic molds from the design idea stage to the actual product.
- Check and evaluate design drawings and finished products.
- Use machines to check assembly operations, evaluate details and sub-products to form the complete product.
- Participate in quality management and production planning related to mold products.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure product progress and quality.
- Have general knowledge of the design and processing process of molds and plastic molds to participate in quality management and production planning.
- Proactive, highly responsible, capable of leading and building a team. (Currently, the company does not have a separate department, need people with the ability to develop and lead ).Được hưởng chế độ BHYT, BHXH, BHTN theo quy định
