1. Supplier Sourcing and Management

• Identify, evaluate, and engage suppliers for diamonds, stones, and operational materials.
• Conduct due diligence to ensure suppliers meet ethical, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted supplier relationships to ensure reliable sourcing.

2. Purchasing for Operations

• Manage the procurement of operational supplies such as equipment, tools, and other materials essential for business operations.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the timely availability of operational materials.
• Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted operational activities.

3. Negotiation and Contract Management

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve optimal value.
• Manage procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Establish cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality or timelines.

4. Integrity and Compliance

• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to MDB’s policies and ethical guidelines.
• Uphold the highest standards of transparency and integrity, avoiding conflicts of interest.
• Work only with suppliers who comply with MDB’s ethical sourcing standards.

5. Quality Control and Issue Resolution

• Collaborate with quality control teams to verify that purchased materials meet MDB’s specifications.
• Resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or supplier performance promptly and effectively.

6. Market Trends and Insights

• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and availability of materials to identify sourcing opportunities.
• Provide insights to the CEO and HAN Head of Procurement for strategic procurement planning.

7. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain detailed records of procurement activities, contracts, supplier performance, and compliance audits.
• Prepare and present procurement reports, including operational purchasing metrics and cost analyses.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, including operational purchasing.
• Experience in sourcing high-value materials (e.g., diamonds, stones) is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships ethically and effectively.

· Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software.
• Strong knowledge of contract negotiation and supplier evaluation.

· Soft Skills:

• High ethical standards and integrity in decision-making.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
