1. Legal Evaluation & Consultation:

Conduct comprehensive legal risk assessments. This includes, but isn't limited to: Corporate Law, Labor Law, Commercial Law, Intellectual Property (IP) Law, commercial & financial law, industry regulations,…

Manage the timely application, re-issuance, and renewal of the company's legal documents (licenses,…), ensuring full compliance with regulations when changes occur or documents expire.

Provide legal recommendations to support the company's decision-making process.

Consulting, proposing solutions and resolve any disputes that may arise.

2. Departmental Support:

Provide guidance to various departments on relevant legal regulations, including data privacy, intellectual property and labor laws.

Support the accurate description of company activities in legal language, ensuring compliance in documents and contracts.

3. Collaboration & External Relations:

Proactively work with government agencies to resolve legal issues and ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations.

Consult with legal experts in countries where the company plans to expand its operations.

4. Document Drafting & Review

Draft and meticulously review a wide range of legal documents to ensure their legality and safeguard the company's interests. This involves:

Contracts: Drafting and reviewing various agreements, such as sales, purchase, cooperation, service, and other commercial agreements.

Agreements and Legal Instruments: Ensuring all documents comply with current legal regulations and minimize potential risks.

Verifying that all content aligns with legal provisions and effectively protects the Company's rights and interests.

5. Legal Updates & Dissemination

Proactively monitor, update, and disseminate timely information and guidance on changes in laws, ensuring that all affected departments and personnel are promptly informed and guided.

Ensure the absolute confidentiality of all critical legal information.

6. Perform other legal tasks as required.

Notes: We are undertaking a solar power licensing project, which will be your main task during this initial phase. Ex: Prepare, process legal dossiers and permitting processes for the company's investment projects (solar energy installations) to ensure full compliance with all relevant laws for construction, operation and ongoing activities.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Must hold lawyer license (admitted in Vietnam).
• Experiences 3 - 5 years of working in a manufacture company.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills both in English and Vietnamese.
• Strong legal research, drafting and advocacy skills.
• Detail-oriented, client-focused and responsible.
