· Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing goals, create and publish engaging content for key accounts

· Creative BIG IDEA – BIG CONCEPT

· Create/Pitch/Present a wining proposal

· Collaborate with BD team and Design team to plan and develop social content, style, and layout

· Lead and inspire a team of content creators to deliver innovative and impactful digital solutions; Allocate and assign tasks to team members

· Proofread and QC team outcomes

· Take part in recruiting team members, joining evaluation process and training sessions for content team

· Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital development, incorporating new ideas and techniques into our creative process

· Other assigned tasked by the Line Manager

· A Diploma or Degree in Creative/Mass Communications/Advertising/PR or related field.

·Proven experience of 03 years working in developing Content Strategic for Social network

·Good writing skills: Proper tone, clear copy in a variety of styles with accurate spelling and grammar

·Social perfectiveness: Have finger on the pulse, so that the content is relevant and modern, and understand how people will react to it

·Creativity: Ability to create original work and develop ideas around chosen themes

·Extensive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects.

·Excellent teamwork, communication, presentation, leadership and interpersonal skills

·Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline

·Strong organization and research skills, detail-oriented

·Self-motivation, flexibility and ability to adapt with new environment

·Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus

·Fluent in English/Vietnamese
