BAY CAPITAL DANANG HOTEL (Soon to be CROWNE PLAZA DANANG CITY CENTRE managed by IHG as of JAN 01ST 2025)
People
- Maintain regular contact with the IHG hotels in your region and the regional reservation office.
- Work with sister IHG hotels requesting for support on their social media pages to raise awareness of the Hotel.
- Maintains close liaison with Regional DRM teams and those of other IHG hotels to ensure the hotel receives proper corporate consideration, direction and support.
- Embrace the IHG Vision, and actively share it with your colleagues to live it.
- Direct day-to-day online marketing activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance. •Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict, improve performance, and recognise good performance.
- Co-ordinate with Sales and Marketing Team to implement fully the promotional strategy.
- Provides information to other departments on activities within and outside the hotel which may be useful when dealing with guests.
- Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Financial
- Conduct weekly OTA audits to ensure IHG OTA policy’s are being met and communicate with regional/area DRM regularly for update & support.
- Establish and maintain active relationship with OTA partners and have regular communication to ensure maximum visibility and production.
- Analyses current and potential markets/trends, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rate.
- Assist in developing effective strategy and activities to drive all e-commerce channels (CRS, GDS, Internet, Tour operators and 3rd party sites) contribution and revenue measuring performance against desired contribution targets, consider all channel shift opportunities, rate, and inventory parity.
- Define hotel Distribution and Relationship Marketing initiatives based on market needs and cost of sale.
- Assist in the evaluation of sales and marketing activities.
- Under the guidance of the Director of Marketing Communications, develops DRM plans and strategies and other online marketing activities.
- Formulating evaluation of Social Marketing campaigns
Guest Experience
- Leverage Best Price Guarantee across all channels supporting direct bookings to brand websites that will result in better revenues and stronger guest loyalty.
- Accountable and responsible for passing all IHG One Rewards Standards onto relevant departments as well as driving accountability through tracking and reporting of these standards.
- Champion Guest connect (pre and post)
- Monitor both hotel’s and competitors’ presence on social media, engage the audience through interaction and campaigns
- Establishes and continuously updates mailing lists.
- Review channel performance. Highlight risks, opportunities, and provide recommendations to the management team.
- Ensure full compliance with InterContinental and IHG Brand standards.
- Merchandise IHG global/regional campaigns
- Through regular viewing and management, ensure Content and Images are up to date on Hotel Content Manager (HCM) , consistent across all channels and partner websites (e.g. Expedia)
Responsible Business
- Confident to execute emergency procedures in crisis situations.
- Supports to make the work environment a safe and secure area to work.
- Participates in creating awareness and building the reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community.
- Work closely with key business leaders, officials, and representatives of local community groups within the city to ensure constant high profile exposure for the hotel.
- Contributes towards making the Hotel a sustainable or “green” Hotel and assists in communicating this to the community.

Yêu cầu công việc
- 3 years experiences in Marketing, Distribution marketing, Digital marketing, Brand management, Public Relations, Marketing Communications or Revenue management.
- Advertising Agency, Public Relations, Travel industry system connectivity, Online Travel Agents, Central Reservation Office background or combination of any above are highly desired
- Demonstrated expertise of online marketing as well as offline
- Creative, innovative, and aware of new technology trends in the travel industry
