- Set quality standard for the safety of the employees during the production process.

- Monitoring technicians, QC and other members to ensure they perform their assigned duty, following quality standards.

- Eye on the product development process to recognise the defects & deviations in the quality policies.

- Create the requiements for raw materials from the suppliers and monitoring their quality Compliance

- Reviewing the final product comparing it with the intial master products and rejecting or approving the final product complying with quality standards

- Create new ways to improve the production process, techniques to ensure high-quality Outputs.

- Hire and trains the QC personnel effecting performance througout production/manufacturing process

- Ensure that national and international standards are met during the production/manufacturing process,

- Age of 30 to 40 years.

- Minimum experience of 5 years as a QC Manager. within a manufacturing environment.

- Expert in quality management Systems such as ISO 9001

- Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality, control tools, such as Six Sigma, Statistical process Control (SPC) – Software – Statistical – Process - Control and faliure mode and Effects Analysis (F.M.E.A)

- Experience in developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards.

- Strong leadership and team work mangement Skills

- Attention to detailed and a focus on continuous improvement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Standards relevant to the the industry

- Strong knowledge of data analysis, mathematics and Statistical techniques.

- Excellent communication, problem Solving, time management and leadership skills.

- Must be detailed oriented at work.
