Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Account Management:

· Manage, review progress and deliver Marketing & PR plans of different projects.

· Conduct meetings with agencies, vendors, oversee their work status, including creative, production, event, social media, budget oversight and timeline management.

2.Content and Social Media Management:

· Develop and implement social calendars on various platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat.

· Analyze media coverage and gather insights to inform future media strategies.

3.Content and Media Relations:

· Craft compelling content and images for press releases, websites, electronic newsletters, and various media platforms.

· Collaborate with media houses to create editorial content, advertorials, and advertisements.

· Liaise with press contacts to generate media coverage, ensuring the company's vision and direction are effectively communicated to business and media partners.

· Organize and coordinate promotional events, including press tours and conferences.

4.Event Coordination:

· Work with event agencies to develop and implement event concepts, ensuring all event activities are effectively managed.

· Oversee technical setups, seating arrangements, and accessibility considerations.

5.Compliance and Budget Management:

· Ensure all marketing and communication activities adhere to the allocated marketing budget.

· Manage cross-marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and benefits.

6.General Responsibilities:

· Develop backup plans to address potential technical issues.

· Assign roles and responsibilities to volunteers or team members to ensure smooth event execution.

· Regularly review and refine processes based on feedback and experiences.

· Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required Qualifications and Desired Characteristics:

·       Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communication, management, international business or relevant field.  

·       Experience working as an international real estate developer is preferred.

·       High level written and spoken English.

·       Minimum of 5-year experience in PR & Communications

·       Negotiation & presentation skills

·       Strong organizational and time-management abilities

·       Multi-task & well-time management

·       Work under high pressure

·       Strong  writing skills
