Job Summary

This position is responsible for the reliability of the production equipment and facility equipment. Lead many lean projects, such as TPM, 5S+1 and Energy savings.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Manage both Production equipment and Facility equipment maintenance activity.
• Develop the Reactive maintenance process, respond to the unplanned machine broken-down and fix the problem quickly.
• After the machine broken-down is being fixed, collect and analyze all necessary information of problem description, failure mode and effect, repair steps and techniques, spare parts replaced and the problem-solving know-how. Develop database to capture this information. To ensure that root cause analysis is robustly completed for equipment failure and implement agreed improvements.
• Work with production team to support developing the Autonomous Maintenance process, tools (checklist and the pictorial instruction and standard), train operator how to performance the AM.
• Develop and standardize the Preventive Maintenance process to all machines, perform the PM activities base on PM plan.
• Develop and implement the Predictive Maintenance activity to the key machines, especially the characteristics of temperature, vibration and noise.
• Train and develop all maintenance personnel in terms of the knowledge, skill and techniques for AM, PMs.
• Manage the Up Time of the machine by improving the MTTR and MTBF of machines.
• Manage Maintenance cost budget and energy consumption.
• Manage the life cycle of spares, repair all replaced spare, find substitute parts, try to avoid the 3rd party maintenance service, in order to reduce the maintenance expense.
• Manage the facility related new project, coordinate functional resources to complete tasks on time.
• Participate in process continuous improvement activity and provide strong support.
• Develop AM/PM plan and standard task form.
• Provide training for maintenance technicians and operators.
• Develop WI for standard work process.
• Study maintenance content for new equipment installation, test and acceptance.

Education, Work Experience, Skills, Certificates

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in mechanics or related major.
• At least ten years of work experience in the similar position.
• Over 3 years of management experience.
• Good command of English, oral and written included.
• Strong leader and have immediate and right reaction when something goes wrong.
• Information Technology skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PPT, SAP), Industrial automation information technology software (PLC , HMI, Automatic and monitoring configuration software, AutoCAD).
• Experience in project leading.
• Good communication skills.
• Good responsibility, good teamwork spirit, remain active and positive.
• Independent, self-motivated and ambitious of unquestionable personal professional integrity.
• Lean manufacturing experience/project management experience is preferred.
