Job Description

AIM OF THE JOB:

This position will support the Shopping Mall Marketing Department on all marketing activities and consumer events/activations.

Key Areas Of Responsibility

Planning, implementation and follow-up for various marketing activities and events from idea to execution to drive traffic to the mall and boost sales.
Prepare event/promotion KPIs to follow up and analyze efficiency and ROIs.
Collaborate with tenants, designers, and digital team to produce relevant content for all marketing activities.
Identify partnership opportunities between Saigon Centre and various trade and media stakeholders.
Manage event agencies (as and when appointed by the company), day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
Secure license application for promotional events.
Manage event spaces/POSM leasing contracts, and payment.
Boost brand awareness through relationships with PR, magazines, articles, bloggers, etc.
Other marketing-related projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

Relevant and proven experience in shopping malls/retails/events/consumer activation/PR
Good relationship with local media (print, online, bloggers etc.)
Good command of English and excellent Vietnamese copywriting
Excellent communication skills, customer & result-oriented
Creative and innovative thinker
Highly detail oriented with superb organizational skills
Strong ability to multi-task
Calm individual who can operate under pressure and deadlines
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook; and Internet
Ability to catch new trend quickly, analyse data and market insights
Proven ability in problem-solving, planning, management and leadership skills
Attentive to details, accountable and motivated
A team player with the ability to work independently
