Job Description

Job Summary:

The O&M Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that all facilities and chiller plants operate at peak performance and efficiency. This role contributes to delivering excellent service to clients and supports their journey toward achieving net-zero sustainability targets.

Duties & Responsibilities

Operate chiller plants in accordance with the established operational regime.
Assist the supervisor in updating operational procedures.
Maintain an event log for plant operations.
Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment operations.
Report and record defects and alarms during operations; raise service requests when necessary.
Assist the supervisor in monitoring and conducting basic troubleshooting at the customer’s heat exchanger station.
Support the supervisor in preparing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports for monitoring and financial purposes.
Perform goods receipt and service entry functions in SAP.
Understand and comply with safety requirements related to machine guarding, LOTO, permit to work, working at height, hot work, hazardous area classification, etc., in accordance with the company’s health and safety procedures.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned by your immediate supervisor or the head of department.

Job Requirements

College or university degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Air Conditioning, or Control & Measurement. Operation training will be provided.
Basic knowledge of air-conditioning equipment functionality.
Ability to read and understand electrical, pneumatic, P&ID diagrams, basic mechanical drawings, and manufacturer manuals.
Strong team player with good communication skills.
Willingness to work shifts when necessary.
Basic awareness of health, safety, and environmental standards.
Ability to communicate in basic English.
