City ledger receivable:

• Collect and analyze customer information for credit assessment and periodic credit reviews.

• Review and approve credit applications; ensure proper documentation (business license, tax registration, etc.).

• Monitor credit status of approved clients, report potential risks, and recommend credit adjustments when needed.

• Supervise Receivable Clerk in maintaining accurate records, aging reports, and timely reconciliation of accounts.

• Follow up overdue accounts, prepare action plans, and ensure implementation to minimize outstanding balances.

• Coordinate with Sales and Front Office teams to exchange client information and strengthen credit control.

• Maintain good client relationships to accelerate payments and reduce receivable aging.

• Review and approve refunds, credit adjustments, and related accounting entries.

• Prepare monthly AR aging and credit reports for management (by the 2nd of each month).

• Enforce credit policies and ensure compliance with financial standards.

Credit Card:

• Supervise daily processing of credit card transactions and ensure timely revenue posting.

• Verify accuracy of receipts, refund notices, and supporting documents before approval.

• Train and guide Credit and Front Office staff on credit card procedures.

• Maintain communication with partner banks to ensure smooth POS operations and transaction processing.

2–5 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or finance roles.

Hospitality industry experience (especially in hotels or resort chains) is highly preferred.

Experience with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Oracle Hospitality) and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Sun Systems) is often required.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
